J&W Enterprises is open 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday, and 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. During these hours you may call 434-685-4310 and place your order. Always state the year, interior color and model.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
C.O.D. - We ship C.O.D. by UPS. UPS will require a money order or certified check on delivery. Personal checks and cash are not accepted by the drivers.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER are accepted on orders by phone or mail.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please follow the following instructions concerning damaged merchandise:
1) Immediately report any damages to the carrier. The carrier will then file the claim and pick up the damaged carton and its entire contents.
2) When the claim has been filed, contact us for reshipment.
3) Damages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of the order.
4) Any shipment that has been received damaged, but the carrier does not appear responsible, must be reported to J&W Nova Parts within 5 days after receipt of the order.
RETURNS
Please take the following steps concerning RETURNS:
1)If there has been a mistake in your order, contact us immediately.
2) We must have the shipping date and invoice number in order to process your return.
3) Returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of your order.
4) Please return the item(s) in the original carton(s).
5) Package the return item(s) in such a manner as there will not be additional damage during the return to J&W Nova Parts.
6) All item(s) returned after 15 days are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
7) Any shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of order.
Any parts that have been painted, installed or damaged will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the part does not fit, please do not try to alter or force it. We check our parts for fit and quality before we put them on the market. However, some V-8 conversion kits do require some alteration to fit 350 Bolt and 400 Small Block motors. CALL FOR INSTRUCTIONS! Before returning any part you must call J&W Nova Parts to get a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number. Also, a copy of your invoice must be included with the returned itme...NO REFUNDS WITHOUT INVOICE!
PARTS GUARANTEE
All new and reproduction parts are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability to J&W Enterprises is limited to the replacement of defective parts. If you are not satisfied with a purchase or product and wish to exchange it or return it for a refund, we ask that this be done within 15 days of receipt of goods. Customer will pay frieght on all returned items!
